If you already have a Web site (and are happy with it, I recommend you to use iContact for your Email Responder and Newsletter. (You can easily integrate it with your existing Web site)
Virtual Professionals:
Elance is a virtual workplace where qualified professionals provide their services, and you can post work you need done.

You can post projects that you need in categories such as Logo and Marketing materials designs, Newsletters writing, Sales and Marketing, etc.

I've used Elance myself to create my logo and proofread my Seminar.

Web Hosting:
One and One (or 1and1) is a Web hosting and domain registration company. Not only they are the cheapest in the industry but their services and customer support are second to none.

I use them to host my domains (yes, including this one) and strongly recommend them if you don't have a Web presence or are not happy with your current host. Just click on the logo on the right side to access their site.

Rooboosoft Consulting is a Seattle based IT consulting company with focuses on IT outsourcing and consulting services. Their services include software development and customization, website design and implementation and independent application testing.
