About Me: Jose L Riesco's Brief Biography
I was born and raised in Spain among great food and wine. I immigrated to the United States nineteen years ago, became a U.S. citizen, and worked at Microsoft for eighteen years. I owned fine dining family restaurant in Bellevue, Washington, before expanding my business horizons.
A few years back, I discover that the part that I loved the most about my restaurant was the marketing part. Coming up with new ways to bring repeated clients and interacting with them was what was giving me the most thrills. For this and other personal reasons, I decided to leave my restaurant.
However, I couldn’t get it totally out of my mind (I guess that you understand why).
So after learning much more about marketing in my other job (working for the largest IT company in the world), and in my personal time, I decided to dedicate myself full time to become a restaurant marketing and consulting expert. I thought that I could help restaurateurs, just like you, to improve their marketing and sales since I know that many of you struggle with this area of the restaurant business.
